I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged them thinking it would disappear into some mysterious customer service black hole like usual. But weirdly enough, they got back to me the next day and actually helped sort it out without making it a whole ordeal. It did take one extra email to clear things up, which makes me wonder if there’s some secret system designed to stretch every simple fix into two steps, but it wasn’t bad. Overall, solid service and I’d give them 4 stars for being responsive.

"Quality Was Disappointing"
The order showed up fine, but once I actually looked at the items, the quality felt cheap. I was expecting better, and it made me lose some trust in the brand. Not sure I’d order again.

"Subscription was literally a hassle to cancel"
I signed up thinking the subscription would be easy to manage, but canceling it turned into more of a headache than I expected. I literally thought I was done with it, then still got billed again. Support did get back to me, but it took a while. The site itself is fine, but the billing and cancellation process definitely needs some work

I ordered from infowars.com, the delivery was faster than I thought it would be. I got the tracking email quickly, and the updates were normal the whole way, so I don’t really get what people would complain about there.
The box showed up in good shape, nothing was leaking, crushed, or messed up. It was a simple order, it went smoothly, and I got what I paid for, so yeah, I’m happy with it and would order again

"Hard to Know What to Trust Anymore"
I’ve visited infowars.com a handful of times, and my main takeaway is that it’s hard to sort out what’s actually solid information versus what’s more of a strong opinion or angle.
Some articles feel like they’re put out quickly, and when I don’t see clear sourcing or enough background, it chips away at my trust a bit. Even if the subject catches my attention, I end up second-guessing what I’m reading.
I do appreciate that they talk about topics a lot of bigger sites skip over, but the lack of transparency makes it harder for me to fully rely on it. Over time, that uncertainty has definitely made me more cautious

My order showed up with everything exactly right. The items and amounts were all correct, nothing was missing or swapped, so I really don’t have any complaints.

"Pretty useful, as long as you double-check"
I’ll admit, some of the reports have been helpful. I don’t just take everything at face value though, I still cross-check with other sources before I fully trust it. It’s definitely not perfect, but it’s better than I expected and does a decent job overall.

"Well... the site could be easier to use"
well... I found the site a bit frustrating to use. Some of the pages feel kind of cluttered, and every now and then they load in a weird way, which makes it harder to find what I’m looking for.
